FAQs

What do I do if it's my first time?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class to check in with one of our awesome crew members and make sure your liability waiver is signed. Hot tip: Knowing your current weight helps us rig you properly for the best (and safest) experience!
What do i need to bring with me?
For a comfy ride in the harness, we highly recommend wearing sports runners (no shoes/sandals will be turned away), a t-shirt (crop tops are cute but not ideal), and long leggings —trust us, shorts can get uncomfortable! Don't forget a sports towel and water bottle to keep fresh and hydrated.
Do you do private / group bookings?
Yes, we'd love to host your next event! Whether it's a birthday, team building day, or just a reason to fly, email us at hello@flybungee.com.au for all the details. Let's make it unforgettable!
What is your cancellation / no show policy?
Because we run small group classes with limited spots, we ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 6 hours before your class. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $15 fee, and in some cases, may result in the loss of your class pass.
Is there an age / weight limit?
We strongly recommend a minimum age of 13 for all participants. For safety and rigging purposes, participants should weigh between 45–110 kg. Anyone under the age of 17 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
What if I'm running late?
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. If it's your first visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for orientation and setup.

Due to the custom rigging of each station based on individual body weight and height, we cannot allow late arrivals to join once the class has started—for your safety and the safety of others.

If a student is on standby, your spot may be given to them if you are not present at the start of class.
